In addition to private 1 to 1 lessons, I also teach a number of weekly in-person mat Pilates classes which cater for all abilities. Mat classes are a cost-effective way of learning Pilates and are suitable for most people.
I only teach in spacious, airy venues and
all the mats and equipment are provided for you.

From w/c 23rd June to mid-September, all my Pilates classes will run on a drop-in basis, giving you the freedom to attend whenever it suits you.
There’s no need to commit to a full term – just come along as and when you can. New clients very welcome!
Classes are £10 per person (cash only) and operate on a first come, first served basis. No need to pre-book.
You’re welcome to turn up to any class on any day – it doesn’t have to be your usual one – and you can come as often or as little as you like.
