
Group Classes
In addition to private 1 to 1 lessons, I also teach a number of weekly in-person mat Pilates classes which cater for all abilities. Mat classes are a cost-effective way of learning Pilates and are suitable for most people.
I only teach in spacious, airy venues and
all the mats and equipment are provided for you.

Key information

Terms
I usually run my classes on a term-style basis of between 5-7 weeks per term and I kindly ask clients to commit to the full term when they sign up. If there is a week you can't make, you are welcome to either switch classes for a week or 'double up' and come to an extra class another week, space permitting.

How It Works
The next term of classes will run from w/c 29th September through to w/c 3rd November 2025 inclusively (6 weeks).
The cost per person for the term is £66 based on attending 1 weekly class.
